06 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
07 - 4 large eggs
08 - ¾ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
09 - 1 tbsp grapefruit zest
10 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
03 - Press dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden at the edges.
